Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Fees
A standard fee of £60.00 is charged for the preparation of an energy performance certificate on a qualifying property with up to six habitable rooms^, including up to four bedrooms, and within a traveling distance of 20 miles from our office.
For larger properties, there will be an extra charge of £5.00 per habitable room*.
For more distant properties, the charge will be subject to mutual agreement.
Where the need arises, we offer a 24-hour turnaround service for an additional charge of £20.00.
This service is subject to convenient location, unhindered access to the property, and our own ability to fulfill the request.
Currently, VAT is not payable, but this may change at any time, and is not to be relied upon.
The agreed fee must be paid and funds cleared before the EPC can be accessed, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance.
^The size of a property is determined by the number of habitable rooms, as set out by RDSAP surveying regulatory guidelines. This exclude bathrooms, kitchens too small to accommodate a table and four chairs, and conservatories or extensions separated from the main property by an external type of door.
